Dear (Mr. or Ms.)(Last Name):
I read your advertisement for an Administrative Assistant with great interest and enthusiasm, as my skills and qualifications match your requirements for this position. Therefore, I am submitting my résumé for your review and consideration. Please allow me to explain briefly the contribution I would make with your organization.
Throughout my 20+-year career as an administrative assistant, I have demonstrated proficiency in all core office administration functions, including document preparation, internal/external communications, data and records management, meeting scheduling, and task prioritization. In short, I can manage the office without supervision, juggle multiple tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive materials and matters.
In addition, I have experience in supervising staff and working with high net worth clients, both of which require extra attention to the “people management” side of business. Through successfully managing both internal and external relationships, I have accelerated the achievement of goals and positioned myself as a valuable resource in a variety of situations.
I would bring to your district not only these administrative skills, but also a positive, cooperative attitude that I have displayed throughout my career. I maintain calm under pressure and adapt to meet the unique needs of each organization.
Again, my résumé will detail the required skills and background you seek. I would welcome the opportunity for an interview at your convenience, and I thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Jimmi Carter

In this article,we will show you some tips on marketing cover letter writting.Left is a sample marketing cover letter template.
My friend, Jane Doe, currently working in the advertising department at Greenhouse Marketing Company, recommended that I contact you about the marketing internship currently available in your department. I am very excited about this opportunity and I would be an asset to your company based on my college coursework and prior marketing experience.
My experience includes completing a major project in my Introduction to Business course through the Management and Business Department at the University of Southern California. This course included a group project where 4 teammates and I analyzed the organizational structure and developed a marketing strategy for Widgets, Inc. As a group, we did a major analysis of the current financial structure of the company and presented to the Board of Directors in a final report based on our findings. This experience provided solid business experience in research, analyzing data, teamwork, and presentation skills and provided an opportunity to present to major key players in high level management at the corporate level. In addition, I have learned a great deal about marketing techniques through my coursework in marketing strategies and marketing research.
My real life experience in marketing is from my previous internships with West Coast Office, Pine Arts, and Crystals. In these positions I had an opportunity to develop my teamwork abilities by working on group projects with other interns as well as staff from each of these companies. These internships offered a chance to gain skills in the real world that allowed me to use what I learned in my academics and apply them to developing marketing objectives and strategies for these organizations.
Thank you for your time and consideration in reviewing my materials. I will contact you in one week to discuss my qualifications and address any questions you might have. I look forward to speaking with you.
Sincerely,
Lucas G. Grant
